I Really Love New York

I love New York City more than anywhere else in the world. Here are a few reasons:
1. I can walk down the street talking to myself.
2. The people-watching is the best on the planet.
3. NYC is ALIVE and SEXY in the best possible way.
4. People are characters, not clones. Every conceivable color, size, shape, age, race, ethnicity… NYC isn’t a melting pot, it’s a candy store.
5. It really is the city that doesn’t sleep. And that’s immensely comforting when I tuck myself in at 11 pm.
6. Churches on every block. Cafes on every corner. Something to see, to take in, to think about, someone to interact with, vibrancy.
7. The arts. Dance of every type and kind imaginable, music (ditto), theatre (double ditto), food, glorious food!
8. The arts. Museums galore, flower-arranging, fashion, architecture.
